Industry veterans Shawn Nagar and Leo Salazar formed the company in May of 2009, by drawing on their experience in designing high performance computers (at DEC), creating a storage-networking company (acquired by EMC) and more recently a storage-virtualization company (acquired by VMware). Ashish Nagar joined the founding team in January 2010 to head product engineering in India.

We are headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. We have R&D centers in Sudbury, MA and Austin, TX. Our Product Engineering and Technical Support offices are located in India.
